About the vacancy

We are expanding our sales department and are looking for a manager who wants to earn money, grow and sell a real product.

Work with entrepreneurs and business owners: selection of tariffs, support to results, development of a client base.

What will you do
  • Sell ​​IT solutions for business (automation, accounting, CRM/ERP).
  • Conduct consultations, identify needs, select optimal tariffs.
  • Close deals, upgrades and repeat sales.
  • Develop an active client base and communicate in CRM.
  • Accompany the client until the result (together with the team).
Who are we looking for
  • Experience in sales (B2B / B2C / IT / services) is an advantage.
  • Confident, competent speech; Ability to negotiate and handle objections.
  • Knowledge of Russian and Kazakh languages ​​is required (at least C2).
  • Result-oriented and desire to develop in IT.
